President of Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick, has taken responsibility for the withdrawal of Dolphins forward, Emem Eduok, from home based Super Eagles camp.
Pinnick, said the Federation's decision might not be acceptable to teeming Nigerian soccer fans but it was carried out after due consultation with the chairmen of technical, ethics and legal committees, stressing that the move was to safe the player's career from being destroyed.
While noting that some fraudulent football agents are in the habit of duping football players, said he had already warned the duo of Emem Eduok and Ufom Udoh to be careful of criminal football agents who want to take advantage of them after their performance in the friendly against Ghana in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
He said the player's state of mind over the transfer deal could affect other players who are preparing for the two important friendlies against Cote D'Ivoire and Sudan, hence the reason the NFF advised him to leave camp.
