Dolphins manager, Stanley Eguma says he has no doubts whatsoever on the ability of Zachary Baraje to hold fort while he is away on national team duties.
Eguma has been with the national U23 team that is currently in Liberia for an All Africa Games qualifier and says Baraje is a decent man to run the team.
“The truth is, we thought long and hard before we brought Zachary Baraje to come in as replacement for Ndubuisi Nduka who had left us then for Plateau United and when he came he showed by his attitude to work that he is someone that can be trusted.
“Before the League went on break I used to return for matches and even aside that I had always been in touch with the rest of the team so my absence has hardly ever been felt that much and even if I am not around for League games, they can do the job without me,” Eguma said.
He says the team has a program that is strictly adhered to.
“People also do not know that we have a long standing program here that we strictly adhere to and whether I’m here or not, whoever it is in charge follows.
“I simply just give advice whenever I am not around,” Eguma said.
