The national women’s team, Super Falcons will fly out of the country to Accra on Friday, for Sunday’s 2011 All-Africa Games qualifying return leg against the Black Queens.
Both teams finished it 1-1 at the National Stadium, Abuja penultimate Sunday and will do battle for the sole ticket from West Africa Zone B at the Ohene Djan Stadium on Sunday.
The Nigeria delegation will travel aboard Arik Air on Friday evening, flying direct from Abuja to Accra for the crucial encounter that will see Senegalese officials in charge.
The Centre Referee is Amina Fall from Senegal and he would be assisted by the first Assistant Referee Aminata Diallo from Senegal; 2nd Assistant. Referee Adia Issue Cisse also from Senegal; while the fourth Official is Christine Ziga of Ghana.
The Match Commissioner is Therese Manguelle from Cameroon.
Meanwhile, Super Falcons coach Eucharia Uche has pleaded with Nigerians to keep faith with the team even as she has vowed to beat silly the Black Queens of Ghana in Sunday’s must win clash of the 2011 All Africa Games in Accra.
Uche, said Falcons would inflict painful defeat on the Ghanaians before their home crowds on Sunday, stessing that she wants to be at the All Africa Games as title holders.
The former Super Falcon player , said her foreign based legion who were sorely missed in the first leg would be part of the Accra make or break battle even as she ruled out automatic shirt for any player.
According to her, Perpetua Nkwocha, Faith Ikidi, Rita Chikwelu, Ulumma Jerome, Sarah Michael, Helen Ukaonu, Ogonna Chukwudi and Onome Ebi, would honor the match.
