Tunde Popoola Heads HeroSports Board.

The Secretary General of the Nigeria Olympic Committee,NOC,Tunde Popoola, has been appointed as the chairman of advisory board of Herosports Newspaper, a Lagos based media outfit.

Speaking at the inauguration of the board recently in Lagos, the publisher of the sports paper, Sheriff Owolabi Bada said the choice of Popoola was a good one as he is seen as "Serving General" who has garnerd experience over the years as an athlete as well as sports administrator.

Popoola who presently runs as the manager of Union Bank sports branch and secretary General of Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC) is expected o move the organisation forward with arrays of experienced businessmen and sports personalities.

Others who will be running the affairs of the outfit with him includes, Chief Abdul-Razak Akanni, Ayo Bada, Tunde Sulaimon, Chief Mrs. Falilat Ogunkoya, Kazim Oladipupo Bada, Alhaji Muhammed Bala Shagari, Reverend Jasmiel Samuel, Alhaji Nasir Muhammed, and Sheriff Owolabi Bada,
