Respite has come to the Nigeria Football Supporters Club (NFSC) as they can now be in Colombia for the on-going FIFA Under 20 World Cup.
Reports have it that the club could not make it to the match venue due to lack of funds.
But in a swift action, a football loving Nigerian, Taiwo Afolabi, Chairman, SIFAX Group Limited, has come to the rescue of the club by promising to sponsor the club members to cheer the Flying Eagles to in its Quarter -final match of the championship on Sunday against France.
The President General, NFSC, Rafiu Ladipo who having expressed appreciation to the sponsor, said that the deal was seal in London during his meeting with the SIFAX Group Limited boss after the botched international friendly between Nigeria and Ghana.
Both Ladipo and Afolabi according to the NFSC boss are being expected in the country today to commence prompt travelling arrangement for the members so as to be on ground for semi-final.
To this end, the NFSC member have since been issued visa.
