Rookies, Impression Emerge Champions.

The 13th edition of the IPNX Rookies basketball championship came to a befitting close amidst fanfare as Impression academy and Rookies basketball academy rule the courts.

Impression basketball academy of Delta came, saw and conquered retaining their crown in the under 18 female and under 16 male categories while rookies emerge champions in the male under 18 for their maiden victory in the IPNX sponsored basketball Championship.

impression female under 18 male made it a perfect three in three games by defeating all comers including rookies who came second freedom angels and hope for girls team.

In the under 16 male category, the Delta state team also retained their crown with a 36 - 17 points victory over Raptors basketball club.

Rookies basketball club under 18 male team brought some pride to the host after it defeated Raptors 35 - 14 in the final game of the championship to go home with a trophy and seventy-five thousand Naira courtesy of the sponsors IPNX Nigeria ltd.
