The coaching crew are optimistic that the home-based Super Eagles can defeat Rwanda if they continue with the manner of training they have been going through and also have a decent attitude to the games.
Head Coach Stephen Keshi, started the pumping up, on Tuesday after the training match against Abuja X1, by again challenging the players to give him reasons not to invite any foreign based professional.
Keshi, sai almost all the Rwandan players were home-based and their league is not better than Nigeria Premier League, thus there is need to improve the standard of Nigerian league in a bid to build a solid team which other african countries willl be afraid of.
Amokachi, spoke in the same vein, ditto for Sylvanus Okpala, whose daily physical drilling of the players has been excellent.
Golakeepre trainer, Ike Shorunmu, says with what he is seeing in camp, it is a new dawn for Nigerian football.
The team is expected to start shooting training after today's trial game against Ranchers Bees.
