Former Prince of Monaco F.C and Super Eagles winger, Victor Ikpeba, has assured the family of Olubayo Adefemi that the Nigeria Football Federation would not neglect the deceased family.
Adefemi, was part of the team that won a Silver medal at the FIFA Under 20 World Cup in 2005 having won the African Youth Championship in 2005
as he was also a member of 2009 Beinjing Olympic Games Silver Medalist.
Ikpeba, who met the deceased in March, 2011 when they boarded the same flight from Abuja to Lagos, said his family should cherish the simplicity and goodness in the deceased life, adding that it is very tragic when the family's loved ones died at tender age.
The football player who represented the Nigeria Football Federation, said posterity would never forget Olubayo, stressing that the Federation and Nigerian football fans would never forget him for his active role on the game of football.
H charged them to keep the memories of Olubayo Adefemi in a positive endeavor.
