The management of the Nigeria Premier League (NPL) board has announced the programme of activities for the 2012/2013 league season.
In a release signed by the Head, Information Technology Unit, Abubakar Abdullaziz, the Annual Congress that would herald the new season will hold on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at the Park View Hotel, Wuse Zone 1, Abuja.
Delegates for the Congress are expected to arrive on Friday, November 16, 2012 while the departure date would be on Sunday, November 18, 2012.
According to the release, the kick off date for the 2012/2013 Nigeria Premier League season has been proposed for Saturday, December 1, 2012 with only the star match expected to be played that day.
Other fixtures are expected to be decided on Sunday, December 2, 2012.
The kick off date is, however, subject to ratification by the Congress.
