Nigeria’s Flamingos, will have only South Sudan standing between it and a place at the 2014 FIFA Under 17 Women’s World Cup finals to be staged in Costa Rica, in March.
According to the Confederation of African Football,CAF, six countries, Nigeria, Zambia, South Africa, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea and South Sudan have registered for the qualifying round, as only three nations will qualify for the championship in Costa Rica.
South Sudan will host the first leg against Nigeria between the first and third of November, with Nigeria's Flamingos will host South Sudan on the twenty- third of Novemebr, in the return leg in Abuja on 23rd November.
To this end, CAF has appointed Kenyan referee, Damaris Kimani, to take charge of the encounter in Juba, capital of South Sudan.
Jane Cherono, Mary Njoroge and Agneta Wambui Napangor will serve as assistant referees while the match commissioner is Aisha Natule of Uganda
