Aluko Apologises Over Super Eagles Poor Outing.

Despite scoring two goals against South Africa in the Equatorial Guinea, African Cup of Nations, Afcon qualifier, Super Eagles and Hull City forward, Sone Aluko, says it is sad that the nation fails to book a ticket for the continental soccer fiesta.

Aluko, who scored a brace to keep the records between Nigeria and South Africa, told our Sportsweight.blogspot.com that Nigeria's Super Eagles would have qualified easy for the competition in Equatorial Guinea if they had converted their scoring chances in addition to his two goals.

He said that the Super Eagles were determined to record a victory against the Bafana Bafana having fought hard to defeat the Red Devil of Congo in an away match in Pointe - Noire, preceeding their last group match in Uyo Stadium.
