NNPC/SHELL Cup Team To Play Golden Eaglets In Friendly.

As part of efforts to help build a virile Golden Eaglets ahead of the FIFA World Cup in Chile, the organisers of the annual NNPC/Shell All Nigeria Secondary Schools Football Championship, has concluded to organise a friendly match between Eaglets and one of the NNPC/Shell Cup teams.

The Manager, Social Investment, SDPC, Yomi Adeleye, said the team would be drawn from the four schools who would participate in the semi-final which would be played at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere.

She explained that Golden Eaglets coaches would be involved in this year's edition, stressing that the organisers had strengthened their partnership with Feyenoord Rotterdams Youth Academy to bring world-class coaching and player development experts to Nigeria.
