The Nigeria Softball team has been pitch alongside China, Ecuador, Great
Britain and Japan in Pool A of the forthcoming 11th World Softball
Junior Championship.
The championship is scheduled to hold from Aug. 9 to Aug. 15 in Oklahoma, U.S.
The
World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) draws on revealed that the
18 countries that will participate at the event were grouped into five
pools.
The championship will be staged at the newly-renovated ASA Hall of Fame Complex in the Oklahoma state capital.
According to WBSA, the 18 teams will open the event with a group round robin.
Nigeria is the only Africa representative at the event.
