The Confederation of African Football, CAF, has commiserated with the Nigeria Football Federation over the death of Alili Galadima who died over the weekend in an auto crash.
CAF in a short message to the NFF, expressed condolence over the loss through the General Secretary, Mustapha Fahmy.
CAF Secretary, Fahmy showed encomiums on the deceased, saying the Confederation would miss Galadima for his dedication to the development of football
The third day prayer for the departed was held in Gumel, his home –town, where a teeming crowd surged back and forth from the Emir’s Palace to his residence.
On Friday, the fidau will be held in the same city, with NFF Board Members, Management and staff billed to be part of the sober occasion.
