Bolowotan Ready For New NNL Season

Nigeria National League side, Bolowotan FC of Ikorodu have stated their readiness to take the league season by storm as the Nigeria National League NNL resumes this Saturday, 22 Dec, 2012.

Bolowotan declares their readiness for the new season with the unveiling of their players and new jerseys supplied by OWU Sports Wear on Sunday 16th Dec. 2012.

The club founded January 7, 2007 started with the amateur league before going through the rank leading to their promotion to the National League at the end of the last season.

At the unveiling, which came up at the World Bar and Event Centre, Ikorodu attracted who is who in Ikorodu, with the club number one fans and popular actors, Adekola Tijani (Kamilu Kompo) and his partner, Afonja Olaniyi (Sanyeri) in attendance.

Speaking during the unveiling, the Chairman of the club, Oluwatoyin Gafaar, paid tributes to the funding members of the team, especially the fans who haD been following the team since the team came into existence five (5) years ago and promised to continue with his undying support to the team as they mount a challenge for one of two promotion slot at the end of the season.

The club will be playing their home matches at the newly refurbished Agege stadium, Agege. Their first match will be against UNICEM of Calabar by 4pm.
