Osaze has lambasted officials of Nigeria Football Federation for being excluded from the list of players to the African Nations Cup in South Africa. "No effect on the team. No, it does not have any effect of the Eagles.
Osaze is an individual and that team is a team. "Players are ready to go, players have excel.Many of them want to excel.So you can't stop anybody"
"He was not there before, he came in there.Wasn't he there last year when they didn't qualify. Wasn't he there at the last FIFA World Cup in South Africa"
The former goalkeeper of NEPA of Lagos who acknowledged that Osaze had a right to his opinion, said the West Bromich forward was not bigger than the Eagles and that this exclusion from the team's list would not jeopardize from eagles quest to the African Nation Cup trophy.
"Was Osaze not there when Nigeria did not qualify for the last African Nations Cup? So what's the big deal. "Is he playing regularly for his club? Must he play every match in his club.
"You play some, you loss some.Forget about him. He is entitled to his own opinion"
He said the exclusion of the football players should not cause any problem in eagles camp because Osaze was past of the team to the FIFA World cup in south Africa as well as the squad that played the preliminary round and knock out stage of the last Africa Nation cup in Equatorial Guinea.
He said Osaze as a professional football player should know that a coach had a choice of either parading a player or not depending on the coach tactical plans.
