Eagles Camp Alive, As Babalo Replaces Okputu

Skipper Home based Eagles, Chigozie Agbim, is the first to arrive Super Eagles campon Sunday as preparation commences in earnest for the African Nations championship (CHAN), qualifier against the Elephants of Cote D’Ivoire.
Agbim was joined by versatile central defenders, Godfrey Oboabona and Azubuike Egwueke. Chibuzor Okonkwo, Solomon Kwambe and Warri Wolves hot shot, Eteboh Oghene.
More were expected today as the invited football players will observe two training sessions at the training pitch of the Abuja National Stadium.
Agbim said it was good to be back in camp promising that the players would give their best in the qualifier scheduled for the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna this weekend.
Similarly, the team’s technical crew has replaced Lobi Stars striker, Tony Okputu, with Elkanemi hitman, Haruna Babalo. Okputu has reportedly secured a foreign contract with a Libyan side and will be unavailable for the team’s camping hence the immediate replacement.
