Written By sportsweight.blogspot.com on Friday, December 27, 2013 | 12:20 AM

Three Nigerian league players have been decamped ahead of the African Nations Championship slated for South Africa in 2014.

Eagles Head Coach, Stephen Keshi, who addressed the players after Thursday's training session, told them that they all have what it takes to play for the national team but there was no time for them to fit into the system, adding that the team's technical crew would continue to monitor them for future call ups.

The decamped football players are, Kingsley Onome Eduwo of Sunshine Stars , Bello John Ikeleji of Bendel Insurance’s and Eric Kwame of Plateau United.

More players are expected to be decamped after the training game in Port Harcourt and Monday’s  practice match against Nigerian league champions, Kano Pillars.
