Manu Garba Picks 12 Uninvited Players.

As part of efforts to give Nigeria's talented football players a chance to exhibit their skills, the technical crew of Flying Eagles has extended invitation to twelve uninvited football players ahead of next  phase of training camp.

Among the uninvited players are Amos Benjamin, Raphael Ayagwa, Samson Obagbemiro, Segun Bankole, Uche Okeke and Ogunka Adibe.

Meanwhile, seventeen out of thirty- five football players invited to camp have been retained and they are Adamu Abubakar, Aremu Afeez, Sulaiman Abdullahi, Omaila Anthony and Timothy Danladi.

The team coordinator, Sulaiman Abubakar, confirmed that over 250 prospective football players had so far attended the Flying Eagles trials,stressing that the gesture shows how open the screening has been as the technical crew would only invite players who are within the age bracket.

 "This shows how open the screening has been so far," said the team's co-ordinator Sulaiman Abubakar.

"But we are still open to give a decent chance to any player within the age bracket to come around and show us what he iscapable of."

Flying Eagles coach, Garba Manu, plans to build a standing team of players who are based locally, while eligible Nigerian foreign-based players will be injected into the team when the need arises.

The exercise for the new Flying Eagles will enter a fifth day on Friday morning at the FIFA Technical center in Abuja.
