ZA Entertainment Alleges NTDC Over Nigeria Football Fans Village

The management of ZA Entertainment International has called on the Presidency, Economic and Financial Crime Commission,EFCC, and the National Assembly to probe the activity between her organisation and Nigeria Tourism Development Corporation,NTDC, over the laudable project of creating of Nigeria Football Fans Village in the ongoing Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup.

The concept according to the chairman, ZA Entertainmet International, Azania Omo- agege, to sell Nigeria's domestic tourism to Nigerians from home and in the Diaspora, said  the concept was introduced and conceived by the National Spoprts Commission,NSC, in order to have a successful private sector driven Nigeria Football Fans Village which could open door for bilateral business between Nigerians and Brazilians business communities.

Omo-agege, explained that Nigeria Tourism Develoment,NTDC, became ZA Entertainment International partner based on the directive of the National Sports Commission, whom the NTDC had met for similar project, adding that a memorandum of understanding,M.O.U, was signed between them and NTDC.

The relationship between ZA Entertainmet International and NTDC hit the rock when the Director General of the commission,Sally Mbanefo, refused to release funds for the fans village facilities which ZA Entertainment International had set up in Brazil rather she set up a phony fans village in a hotel room at Raston Augusta Hotel, Brazil having collected funds running into hundreds of million of nairas from corporate bodies.

To this end, all the parties with unpaid outstanding with ZA Entertainment International are now planning to institute a legal actions in Brazil, a move which would embarrass the people and Nigerian Government in the international media.
