Two days before
his resignation,Oliseh, had passionately appealed that there should be a
unity to fight the battle on the football field with the Egyptian
national team, stressing that it was painful that the coach resigned
after receiving his outstanding salaries.
After the African Nations Championship, Chan, in Rwanda, the former coach refused to give the technical committee reports of Chan following its request, rather Oliseh wrote a terse email back to the NFF Secretary General, Sanusi Mohammed, that he did not have to report to the committee
He said the term of contract he signed expect Oliseh to return to Nigeria at least two weeks to any Super Eagles match and also to watch Nigeria's domestic league matches from time to time, adding that Oliseh who hardly watch any Nigeria Professional Football league match did not return to Nigeria before the CHAN championship.
