Ogun State Endorses Olopade

The Ogun State Government has endorsed the candidate of the State Commisioner for Sports Bukola Olopade =A0to run for the Presidency of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) at th election scheduled for 24th August,2010 at a yet to be fixed venue.

The Ogun State Football Association on Wednessday at its board meeting in Abeokuta unanimously endorsed his candidature as the sole candidate from the state.

The Ogun State Football Association as informed by a member of the board had earlier met on Sunday in Abeokuta where the meeting was inconclusive to endorse the candidature of either Bukoal Olopade and Former Green Eagles Captain,Segun Odegbami

But at the rescheduled meeting of the board Wednessday,the board resolved to unanimously endorsed the candidature of Olopade,and his his nomination form was duely signed by the Chairman of the board,Architect Bolu.

The State Executive Governor of the Otuba Gbega Daniels has giving his blessings to the ambition of Olopade who led the state to successful outings in the last two National Sports Festivals, in Ogun and Kaduna state.

The Governor, said he has absolute confident in his ability hence his decision to give him his blessings and support
