Sports Administrators Endorse Fashola.

Over four hundred football clubs under the aegis of Sports Community in Lagos, have endorsed Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola re- election for second term in office.

To this end,, the rally scheduled to hold tomorrow at the Sir Molade Okoya Thomas, Teslim Balogun Stadium in honour of has now been postponed till Sunday as the event will take place inside the mainbowl of Teslim Balogun Stadium.

According to the organisers, the Governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola,has agreed to be present at the venue with the mind of exhibiting his skills in a novelty match to further press home his desire and aspirations to improve upon the good works he started four years ago.

The Sports community, spearheaded by teams participating in the MTN Lagos Street Soccer Championship at a meeting held Monday at the Teslim Balogun Stadium with the commissioner for Sports Prince Ademola Adeniji Adele, believed that the governor has done so well for sports in the state to deserve a second term in office.

At the meeting, Prince Edoh of Planners Football Club Amuwo Odofin moved the motion for the endorsement of Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola as Jamiu Alafia of Agbado Ijaye Oke Odo, opined that the Governor needed to be re- elected for sports to continue to enjoy pride of place in Lagos and Nigeria at large.
