
Warri Wolves striker, Ehiosun Ekigho, says the Nigeria's Olympic team is not afraid of confronting Liberia in tomorrow's All African Games qualifier at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex.
Ekigho, who scored his first goal for the Super Eagles during the friendly with Sierra Leone in Lagos, said African football has come of age and it would be wrong to underrate any African football team since each nation wants to feature in FIFA organised football competitions.
The striker,said the nature of rigorous training sessions in Lagos prior to the crucial match against Liberia was enough to earn them victory in tomorrow's match as they are in tyhe mood of making Nigeria proud.
Meanwhile, the team's technical crew has gotten the video tape of Liberia, a move according to the Head coach, Austin Eguavoen, would serve as a means of having better understanding of the Liberian squad.
The team will today observe its final training session at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex.
