
Former striker of the Nigeria's Super Eagles, Daniel Amokachi, has explained the reason why Ghanaian national teams have been a threat to the Nigeria's national sides in an organised football competitions.
Sportsweight.blogspot.com, reports that the Ghanaian under 23 team stopped Nigeria's Olympic team from qualifying for the All African Games while the Black Queens of Ghana shattered the aspirations of Super Falcons from featuring in the All African Games.
The former Everton F.C striker, said the Ghanaian were committed to their national teams and the gesture has paved the way for their teams to have an edge over the counterparts from Nigeria, adding that Nigeria could break the spell if there are right approaches to football competitions.
While noting that the appointment of Samson Siasia as the Super eagles coach has been able to redeem the image of the nation's football among the comity of African playing football nations, Amokachi, said siasia should parade the best football payers instead of fielding untested football player since the Ghanaian would feature its legs having record a scintillating performance at the 2010 South Africa FIFA World Cup.
