Nineteen players out of the twenty six home based players invited have reported to camp of the Super Falcons which opened on Monday in Abuja .
The camp is preparatory to the first leg all important 3rd round London 2012 Olympic qualifier against Cameroon which comes up on the 28th of August.
The team's Media Officer Gracious Akujobi, informed Sportsweight.logspot.com that the players trained twice on monday at the training pitch of the National stadium, Abuja as the team's captain Precious Dede,Ebere Orji,Francesca Ordega,Josephine Chukwunonye,Glory Iroka,Amenze Aighewi,Rebeca Kalu, were among the players who trained on Monday.
Others are Blessing Edoho,Asisat Osoala,Vera Okolo,Joy Jegede, Ebubeleye White,Chima Nwosu,Gloria Ofoegbu,Amarachi Okoronkwo,Nkiruka Ozoemena,Lucky Andy,Evelyn Nwabuoku and Josephine Mathias.
Meanwhile,the team's Head coac, Eucharia Uche, has set today as the deadline for home based players to report to camp or forget being part of the preparations for the encounter.
She told the players present to see their invitation to camp as priviledge and not their right to represent their country so the need for them to justify their call up.
The foreign base players have been given up to the 18th of this month to report to camp.
The team is camped at the Millenium hotel Abuja.
