Moyo Oyatogun Beckons On Fashola Over Her Father's Ill Health

The daughter of ace sports commentator,Moyo Oyatogun, has appealed to Governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola, to rehabilitate his father,Walter Oyatogun, who is being diagnosed of a stroke at a private hospital in gbagada,Lagos.

Moyo, who thanked te state government through the Ministry of Health for paying for his father MRI scan test conducted on Saturday at the Lagos State Teaching Hospital, said she wanted Governor Fashola to relocate his father to a better environment because he lives in a one room apartment at Marshal Kio in Surulere, which is not befitting.

According to her, the ace broadcaster has been responding to treatment at a private hospital,Dejuwon Hospital, at Gbagada but she appealed to help the family to move his father outside the shore of Nigeria for better treatment, stressing that his father has been learning to walk as he is being attended to by four specialists.

Oyatogun, said her father would had been moved to LASUTH but the family was advised that there was no clinical reason o relocate him.

Chairman of the Lagos State Sports Council, Agboola Dabiri,said the state government got wind of Oyatogun's ill health through the request of Lagos SWAN,adding that the state's Commissioner for Sports, Waheed Enitan Oshodi, swung into action with the support of his counterpart in the Ministry of Health, Jide Idris.
