Renowned Boxing Coach to Nigeria's World Boxing Council Lightwelter challenger, Joe Mensah, has said that the Segun Ajose's camp is more concern with the warm up bout which is preparatory to the WBC Lightwelter bout.
Andy Morale who had earlier accepted to fight Segun Ajose in a warm up bout recently declined to fight him because he believed that the Nigerian boxer is well endowed in the sport.
The Togolese turned Nigerian boxer, said the organisers had been searching for another pugilist who is in the class of World Boxing Council Lightwelter weight to fight Ajose since the bout would serve as an avenue to prepare him for the real WBC Lightweight bout billed for 17th of March, 2012.
According to him, Ajose would depart Nigerian in three weeks time for a thorough medical examination prior to the fight, adding that he has already started rigorous training.
He is optimistic that Ajose would overwhelm his opponet in the warm up fight because he is overdue to fight the WBC Lightwelter title holder.
He lamented lack of world ranked boxing promoter to Ajose's camp had deprived the pugilist to fight the title holder for a long period of time as he has to wait to challenge Erik Morale, a Mexican legend, adding that Ajose was able to fight Ali Chebah in the final eliminator bout because of the support o Dubella, a boxing promoter.
He commended Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola for his nflinching towards Ajose's WBC Lightwelter final eliminator bout.
