The NFF Technical Committee, has been up and doing in ensuring that the national team in good shape both technically and otherwise as the countdown to the Nations Cup qualifier against Rwanda draws nearer.
Its Chairman, Barrister Chris Green assisted by Assistant Secretary General (Technical) Dr Emmanuel Ikpeme, were at the Bolton White Hotel, during the team’s dinner to assess the well being of the team and were told by Big Boss Stephen Keshi, that all was well.
The following morning the duo were again at the FIFA Goal Project site to monitor the team’s training and were satisfied with what they saw. Green said the monitoring was to ensure that all was well and that the team knows the task ahead of it.
So far no serious injury has hit the team, safe for a knock picked up by striker Kabiru Umar in a league game and team medical staff are working round the clock to ensure that he resumes training with rest of the team by Wednesday morning.
