Lagos Gymnasts Compete In Inter-Clubs Championship

Lagos State Gymnastics Association has scheduled its Inter-Clubs Championship for Friday and Saturday this week at the Mobolaji Bank Anthony Sports Complex, Rowe Park, Yaba.

Chairman of the association, Adefemi Mayowa said the competition was aimed at giving more people the chance to take part in Gymnastics on quarterly basis in a competitive environment.

"A lot of clubs and individuals have signified their interest in taking part in the competition. It's going to be a full house and I'm glad this innovation of Inter-Clubs Championship is coming at this period in the history of Lagos Sports. We can only thank Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola for this laudable support to give sports a new lease of sports in Lagos State," said Mayowa.
