The NFF boss dismissed insinuations in some quarters that the Executive Committee and Management have little regard for the women’s game.
He stressed that women’s teams have brought a lot of honour to the country, adding that the Falconets performed brilliantly at the FIFA Under 20 Women’s World Cup in Germany as the Super Falcons won the African Women Championship trophy in South Africa..
The Super Eagles will on fifth of July know their opponents for the final round of qualification series for the 2013 African Cup of Nations, when the Confederation of African Football holds the draw in Johannesburg.
