Nigerian football players will have the opportunity to acquire football kits of a premiership club, Queens Park Rangers, courtsey of Used Kits Foundation.
The Foundation is in collaboration with the Lagos State Football Association and Ikeja Divisional Football Association.
Founder of Used Kits Foundation, Olusola Orelaja, who confirmed that the scheme would be launched next Thursday in Lagos State at the Agege Stadium, said the project was borne out of the need to give back to the society in terms of providing quality football kits to football players to become suture stars.
According to him, football is one of Africa's most outstanding qualities and the aim of the Used Kit foundation is to provide support for inspiration and fulfilling dreams in Africa.
He explained that the Foundation was in a relationship with a Premiership club, Queens Park Rangers as the club would be making available its football kits worth over One hundred thousand dollars pounds, stressing that the first phase would focus on six football academies in Lagos, Delta, Osun and Oyo States.
According to him, Manchester City, F.C Porto and other European clusides have agreed to supprt the foundation with numerous football kits, adding that the beneciaries were strictly screened in a bid to conform with international standard.
