NFF Will Support Falcons, Falconets To Win Laurels.

Nigeria Football Federation,NFF, has reiterated its commitment towards creating an enabling environment for the successful outing of Super Falcons at the African Women Championship in Equatorial Guinea and Falconets at the FIFA Under 20 World Cup in Azerbaijan.

NFF Secretary, Musa Amadu, said the Falconets would soon depart the country for a training tour of Europe preparatory to the FIFA Under 20 Women World Cup as he explained that the Federation has charged the team to make the nation proud at he soccer fiesta.

Already, Head Coach of Falconets, Edwin Okon, ha dropped five players to pave the way for the best players to the World Cup.

He said the Falcons would also get similar support so as to excel at the African Women Championship in Equatorial Guinea, stressing that the friendly against the Banyana Banyana was part of measures to present a formidable team at the tournament in November.

Head Coach of Falcons, Kadiri Ikhana, said the technical crew would still invite players to camp to select the best ahead of the AWC,adding that the team would still play series of friendlies to present a virile team.
