The tournament highest goal scorer Friday Mboli scored three goals for Fidelity Bank,while Murtala Babatunde scored the 4th goal as Saheed Abdulrazak and Rapheal Eta scored for UBA.
CBN had earlier thrashed Diamond Bank 6-1 in the third place match,Shehu Suleman and Nuhu Thomas both had a brace,while Kanila Maisau and Aminu Yahaya scored one goal each.
The best goalkeeper award went to Samuel Ujin of Fidelity Bank, best defender was Bello Adamu of Fidelity Bank while Aminu Yahaya of CBN was the tournamnent best midfielder.
Mboli Friday of Fidelity Bank was highest goal scorer with 6 goals,Rapheal Etah of UBA was the Most Valuable Player,while Microcred Microfinance won the Fairplay award
Abdulahi Ango of Fidelity emerged the best coach and UBA supporters club where adjudged the best supporters club.
Mr Tom Hassan represented the CBN branch controller Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau,he praised the organiers for the initiative and level of
orgaisation ,he said he hope more teams will participate next year,
adding that the tournament has brought comradeship among
staff of banks in the state in the last six years.
The chief organiser
vincent akinbami promised the tournament will continue to get better
just like the world cup.
