Maigari Optimistic Of Eagles Victory Against Ethiopia.

President of the Nigeria Football Association, Aminu Maigari,says victory against Ethiopia in next weekend FIFA World Cup play- off will pave the way for Super Eagles to pick Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup ticket.
Maigari,made this statement on Thursday during the presentation of the report of an investigative committee set up NFA to unravel circumstances behind a petition lodged with FIFA, by a former Chairman of the Nigeria Premier League, Rumson Baribote, whose petition has since been dismissed by FIFA.
Maigari, calls on the entire Nigeria football family, including media practitioners, to work in unison with the NFA in a bid for the Super Eagles to triumph in Addis Ababa on Sunday, 13th October.
Nigeria will play against Ethiopia at the National Stadium, Addis Ababa in the first leg, with the return scheduled for the U. J. Esuene Stadium, Calabar on Saturday, 16th of November.
On the petition, Chairman of the committee, Emeka Inyama, says his panel did a thorough job, interrogating even NFA, President Aminu Maigari, and followed football’s best practices in the discharge of its duties.
