The conclusive part of the 2010 Annual General Assembly of the Nigeria Football Federation will now hold on Wednesday, in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital.
When the Annual General Assembly was convened in Abuja on August 26, only one item on the agenda – the election of members into the NFF Executive Committee – was dealt with.
The conclusive part had earlier been scheduled for Tuesday in the Akwa Ibom State capital but had to be moved 24 hours in deference to the Federal Government’s pronouncement of Monday and Tuesday as public holidays.
Matters to be dealt with at the conclusive session include the presentation of the consolidated and revised balance sheet and the profit-and-loss statement, approval of the financial statements, approval of the budget (for Year 2011) and discussion of proposals submitted by the Members and the Executive Committee.
