Former Manchester United Goalkeeper, Garry Bailey, has attributed the success of Manchester United in the Barclays Premier League and in EUFA Champions League to the versality of the club's manager,Sir Alex Ferguson.
Bailey, who played three hundred and seventy three matches for Manchester United during his playing days told Sportsweight.blogspot.com, that the way and manner Ferguson manages the team as well as his style of football to each match pave the way or the uniqueness of the club in the premiership.
Bailey, who won two F.A Cup medals in 1983 and 1985, said Ferrguson had perfectly imbibed in the club the spirit of team play at the expense of the club's individual football players who are delighted to watch.
According to him, Manchester United solid foundation in football tactics and discipline was responsbible for the feat the club has recorded in the last 15 years
Bailey, a member of the England's national team to the Mexico 86 World Cup, wondered what would become of the team when Ferguson leaves the team as he believed that it might be difficult for nother for another coach to complement Ferguson football idealogies.
