Brenford based high riding Nigerian born coach, Azeez Akinbolu, has hailed the current rebuilding process of the national team led by Head Coach Stephen Keshi.
Akinbolu, who is presently a youth and academy coach, was once involved with the Golden Eaglets and recently led the Nigerian team in the United Kingdom, alongside Coach David Doherty to win the UK African Cup of Nations, said he foresees the Super Eagles emulating his team by winning the next Cup of Nations scheduled for next year in South Africa.
Akinbolu spoke through his agents Utmost Sports Management, said he was currently involved with young and grassroots players because that has and will always be the basis of football growth in the world.
On his plans for the future, Akinbolu said being a Nigerian who is making waves in the United Kingdom, he would not fail to respond to any call by the Nigerian football authorities for him to serve fatherland.
