Three Lagos State Table Tennis players will feature in the final of the Men's and Women's Singles final scheduled for Friday at the indoor sportshall of the National Stadium, Surulere.
 
The ping pongers are Ahmed Adeyinka and Mojeed Olayiwola who will play against each other in final of the Men's Singles while Aminat Fashola of Lagos State will confront Rashidat Ogundele of Delta State in the Women's Singles final.
 
In the Men's Singles semi final clash, Mojeed Olayiwola of Lagos State who outplayed his fellow compatriot Ganiyu Ashimiyu by four set to one,  4 - 11, 11 - 5, 11 - 4, 11 - 6, 12 - 10, during the semi final tie to book a date with  Ahmed Adeyinka of Lagos State in the final billed for Friday.
 
Ahmed Adeyinka of Lagos State outstroked Ayo Omotara in the semi final by four set to two, 12 - 10, 6 - 11, 12 - 14, 11 - 5, 11 - 6, 11 - 9 to challenge make the Men's Singles final a Lagos affairs.
 
The tussle over who wins the Women's Singles Gold medal is between former Lagos State ping ponger and former winner of Asoju Oba Table Tennis Championship, Rashidat Ogundele, who now plays for Delta State and Aminat Fashola who was among the team that went for the tour of China.
 
Rashidat Ogundele of Delta State shattered the desire  of the Lagos State Table  Tennis team to also make the Women's Singles a Lagos affiars after she defeated Sidi Yahaya of Lagos State by four straight set of, 13 - 11, 11 - 8, 13 - 11, 11 - 6 to book a date with Aminat Fashola.
 
Aminat Fashola sent packing her fellow compatriots, Funka Hassan, in the semi final of the Women's Singles by four set tone, 12 - 10, 11 - 8, 7 - 11, 11 - 7, 11 - 7.
