Keshi Rescinds Decision.

Head Coach of Nigeria's Super Eagles, Stephen Keshi, has rescinded his decision to resign as the team's Head Coach after meeting with the nation's Sports Minister, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi.
Keshi, in an interview on Metro FM, a South African radio station, said he had resigned as the Head Coach of Nigeria's Super Eagles after wining the African Cup of Nations on Sunday in South Africa.
Keshi's, said he decided to resign because of the threat from the Nigeria Football Federation to sack him prior to the quarter final match against Cote D'Ivoire, a match the Eagles won by two goals to One.
But in swift reaction, the former captain of Super Eagles, whose attention had been drawn to reports in the media over his resignation, said he had reconsidered his position and have decided to stay put with the Eagles as the team's handler.
The coach, commended Nigeria's Sports Minister, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, for his prompt intervention which pave the way for him to reconsider his position.
The former Eagles defender, said he had cause to express his displeasure over some issues that happened in the course of the Eagles participation at the just concluded African Cup of Nations which his team won.
