The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, has assured the Golden Eaglets that they would not be lacking anything in their quest to win the 10th CAN Under-17 in Morocco.
Speaking with players and officials at the Stade Zarktoni in Marrakech after their training session on Thursday, Mohammed Sanusi, the Director of Competitions, said the NFF was leaving no stone unturned to ensure that the Golden Eaglets go all the way despite its current difficult financial state.
He said the team should not be distracted about the rationalization being carried within all strata of the national teams, asking them to be focused on the job at hand and justify the huge expectations of Nigerians.
He further enjoined the players to be disciplined with the desire of combining education with their soccer careers.
While responding, Eaglets Head Coach Manu Garba, thanked the NFF for its usual magnanimity to the team, adding that the players are ready to do the country proud at the tournament.
In the meantime, the Golden Eaglets have resumed training barely hours after arriving in Marrakech.
The team shook off jet lag at the Sidi Youssef Ben Ali Stadium on Wednesday's evening and was at Stade Zarktoni on Thursday with emphasis on physical conditioning and mental alertness.
