Diemji Advices Eagles To Be Focused.

As Nigeria's Super Eagles file out to play against Tahiti in the ongoing 2013 Brazil FIFA Confederation cup, former Flying Eagles Star, Dimeji Lawal, has cautioned the team not to allow the feat recorded at the African Cup of Nations in South Africa distract them from living up to expectations.

Lawal, who noted that Super Eagles under the tutelage of Stephen Keshi had performed brilliantly in the FIFA World cup Qualifiers, said the team should be focused and play according to the coach's instructions.

Former BCC Lions of Gboko player, said Nigerian soccer fans should not entertain fear that the Eagles would play Tahiti, Spain because the Eagles have credible football players who are playing top flight football in Europe.

He said Mikel Obi, Victor Moses of Chelsea F.C and Emmanuel Emenike of Spartak Moscow F.C enjoyed playing time at their respective club sides in Europe, adding that the Eagles would be a team to defeat at the Confederation cup being the champion of African cup of Nations in South Africa.
