Johnson, who explained that customers could bet through in- shop betting application, mobile client, internet portal, said the company was confident of setting the trend for the future of sports betting in Nigeria and also leading the industry by bringing their well capable manager to achieve international standard service to their playing customers.
With less than seven months in business, Johnson, said the company was sufficiently capitalized with no bank debt, meaning that Bet9ja could meeet payment obligation to all their wining customers, adding that plans are in to gear to spread the company's tentacles beyond its present reach(Lagos State) to the nooks and crannies of the country.
Chairman, Lagos Lottery Board, Lanre Gbajabiamila, congratulated the management of Bet9ja for setting the pace for sports betting in Nigeria and that the board would give the company necessary support to stand out in business.
Bet9ja Ambassador, Victor Ikpeba, said he decided to support the company's dream of raising the standard of sports betting in Nigeria because of its integrity to take the business to greater height.
Chairman of Remo Stars, Kunle Soname, whose team was supported by Bet9ja with financial support running to millions of naira,thanked the renowned sports betting outfit to have come to the club's aid because it was too hard for a privately managed football club to survive in the Nigerian league because it requires a lot of funds to manage.
Soname, whose team failed to gain promotion to the elite league, Nigerian premier league, believed that his team would be far better next season with the support of Bet9ja.
