Nigerian top celebrities in the entertainment industry showed basketball fans who trooped en mass to the indoor sportshall of University of Lagos, Akoka, that they are also sports inclined as they display scintillating skills in the DSTV Basketball All Star Celebrity Jump ball.
The celebrities alongside selected basketball players in the DSTV/NBBF Premier League lit the University of Lagos, sports complex, as the fans were full of joy to watch their darling artists.
Dare Art- Alade, Sound Sultan, who was adjudged the celebrity Most Valuable Player Award, Melvin of Big Brother Africa, BBA,Ik Ikechukwu as some of them played for Channel O and Beat FM.
Sound Sultan, who played for Channel O, was outstanding among the celebrities as he showed scintillating skills which paved the way for his team to outdunk Beat FM, 8- nil.
Timothy Qua of Kada Stars who recorded 16 points in three points shooting contest, was adjudged the best three shooter as he outplayed Hilary Agbokhaodo of Islanders who netted eight points and Azuoma Dike of Dodan Warriors who had 15 points.
Selected side of Atlantic Conference defeated their counterparts in the Savannah Conference, 104 points to 103.
