Pillars’ Match Rescheduled For Monday

The practice match between Nigeria's Home based Eagles and Kano Pillars in preparation for the African Nations Championship,CHAN, in South Africa has been re- scheduled as thirty- three football players are in camp battling for shirt.

The games was earlier scheduled for Friday will now come up next Monday.

Team Coordinator, Emmanuel Attah, said the sudden change was as a result of a friendly match between the

selected side consisting of players from Sharks FC, Dolphin FC and other top players within the Garden City Metropolis.

Already, all players invited to the national team last weekend, have all reported to camp and have been showing signs of the battle for shirts in camp.

The technical crew is expected to again prune down the list of players by the weekend as momentum heightens for South Africa 2014 CHAN tourney.
