Super Eagles head Coach, Stephen Keshi, has expressed his displeasure over the inability of the team's captain, Joseph Yobo, to feature in today's international friendly match against Mexico.

Keshi, who wish Yobo a quick recovery, said he was not replacing him as he explained that  he advised Yobo who had already made up is mind to join the squad in the United States of America, to relax and recover quickly for the World Cup.

"Even as he said Balogun has been trailed for a long while before now. “ He is not replacing Yobo at all. Yobo was still bent on coming for the game even if just to support the team but I told him to relax and recover quickly for the World Cup.

He said Balogun who had been in his plans for a long time was invited for the match because it was time for him to be assessed ahead of the world soccer mundial in Brazil, stressing that he was happy that Ezekiel  Imoh honour his invitation as the gesture would enable him to have overall assessment of the players prior to the World Cup.

Meanwhile, Standin skipper Vincent Enyeama,is also glad at the invitation of Ezekiel and Balogun and has been doing all he could to integrate all the new players into the system.
