Yobo F.C Denies Apapa Golden Stars Victory As Metro Pro League Continues

Metro Pro League table toppers, Apapa Golden Stars were yesterday denied maximum points by Yobo FC as both sides settled for a one-all score line in the Week 3 of the league at the Agege Township Stadium.

Ayinde Abiodun scored Yobo F.C first goal but the Apapa Boys rallied back as Umar Jabber scored from the penalty spot to bring his team back in the game.

Elsewhere, no victor and no vanquish as Collin Edwin Sports Club and Remo Stars fought out themselves to a barren draw at the Legacy Pitch, Surulere.

Meanwhile, the Metro Pro League will continue tomorrow as Bridge FC will entertain AS Racineat Agege Stadium in an early kick off which is Week 3 final game.

Metro Pro League is a Lagos-based private initiative which devoid government's involvement and ten teams which includes; Union Bank FC, 36 Lion FC, AS Racine, Yobo FC, Collins Edwin Sports Club, Remo Stars, Apapa Golden Stars, Bridge FC, Bolowotan FC and Nath Boys FC.
