The chairman of League management Company, LMC, , Shehu Dikko, has been charged to recruit a suitable candidate to serve as Company's Chief Executive Officer, CEO.
The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, gave this charge following the offically resignation of LMC's former CEO, Nduka Irabor, was reappointed alongside Isaac Ayodele and Salihu Abubakar.
''Following a brief by the Chairman of the LMC, Mallam Shehu Dikko on the efforts to drive the NPFL forward, and on the formal resignation of Hon. Nduka Irabor as CEO of the LMC, Dikko was mandated to, as soon as possible, propose and conclude the process of recruiting a suitable CEO for the LMC.''
''It must be in line with the Governance Structure of the company, ahead of the commencement of the new NPFL Football Season, scheduled to kick off between the last week of September and the first week of October 2020.
The recruitment, according to the NFF, must be in line with the Governance Structure of the company.
The move, became imperative as the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL, Football Season, is scheduled to kick off between the last week of September and the first week of October 2020.
