Am Happy To Join Nigeria’s Olympic Team, Says Ajiboye.

Former Golden Eaglets goalkeeper, Dele Ajiboye, has expressed happiness for being part of the Dream Team five and also to mann the goalpost against Equatorial Guinea in the first leg of the Olympic games qualifier in Benin City.

Ajiboye, who was among the three goalkeepers selected for this Sunday's All African Games qualifiers against Liberia, said he could not quantify his happiness for being a member of the squad having failed to feature at the last FIFA Under 20 World Cup held in Egypt.

While commending Austin Eguavoen for extending invitation to him ahead of two crucial qualifiers, the All African Games and the Olympic Games, appealed to teeming Nigerian soccer fans to still have faith in him.

He promised to live up to expectations and also assist the team to secure tickets to the two major international football championships, adding that the players are in good spirit to make Nigeria proud in Liberia.
