The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, has refuted a report that the international friendly between Nigeria's Super Eagles and Colombia, has been cancelled.
Its Media Officer, Ademola Olajire, confirmed that Super Eagles would still play against Colombia in preparation for the FIFA World Cup in South Africa,stressing that the organisers believed that the match would attract good crowd at Bank Holiday.
Olajire, said the organisers has fixed thirty first of May, 2010 for the match, adding that Super Eagles is a good brand which have been attracting other World Cup bound teams for friendly matches.
The NFF Media Officer, also said the Federation has settled its finacial obligation to its former handler,Berti Vogts, as he stressed that the Federation's Bank as transferred Lars Lagerback money into his account.
